Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze expressed Tbilisi's readiness to take all necessary measures to restore ties with Ukraine as much as possible. Following a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Yerevan, the Georgian politician emphasized that, despite existing difficulties, relations between the countries have a long history of friendship.

Today, February 23, a protest rally was held in Yerevan at the initiative of the political bloc “National Democratic Pole”. It took place in front of the main headquarters of the Russian border troops in Armenia.
The protesters chanted slogans: “We will throw the Russian boot out of Armenia”, “Russian occupier, get out of Armenia”, “War criminals”.
The day before, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with France24 that his country’s participation in the military-political bloc CSTO, which is dominated by Moscow, is frozen. “The collective security treaty, in our opinion, was not implemented in relation to Armenia. We have suspended our participation in this agreement,” Pashinyan said.
