Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. People lined up to vote in the Russian presidential election in Armenia

From early morning, a large line of people wishing to vote in the Russian presidential elections lined up outside the Russian Embassy in Yerevan. According to the Russian consulate, there are almost 4,600 Russian citizens in the capital of Armenia who are ready to fill out the ballot.
