Dozens of people could have been kidnapped for ransom in Chechnya

In the Shalinsky district of Chechnya, security forces kidnapped several dozen people. The NIYSO telegram channel published the names of the victims.

According to the channel, police officers kidnap people in order to extort money from their relatives.

In addition, in the village of Goiskoye, Urus-Martan district, security forces again took away Arbi Borchashvili. After the start of the SVO, he was forcibly sent to Ukraine.
