The average resident of Dagestan will have to save money for the purchase of a private house for more than 20 years. In Chechnya, the term is about 19 years, reports the Mirkvartir.ru service.

Also among the outsiders by this criterion were Ingushetia (17.3 years), Karachay-Cherkessia (13.7 years) and Adygea (13.3 years). Among the regions where it is relatively easy to buy a house are the Arkhangelsk region (3.4 years), Kemerovo region (3.7 years), Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (3.9 years), Kurgan region (4 years), Komi (4 years ).

Calculations were carried out by comparing average salaries and prices for private houses in the regions of the Russian Federation. It was assumed that to purchase such real estate, the buyer would save his entire salary and would not go to the bank for a mortgage.
