Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said that the police and OMON conducted a special operation to detain a member of the underground, who arrived from the neighboring region.  
The criminal who took refuge in the house was asked to surrender, but he tried to escape. Siloviki wounded him and took him alive. The identity was established», Kadyrov said. 

This is the second such case in the region in two weeks. On 29 March, according to local authorities, two men were killed in Gudermes in a fight with law enforcement. The victims, according to some opposition Chechen TV channels, were related to each other - uncle and nephew - and the latter suffered from mental illness.
