An exhibition of personal belongings of the Prophet Muhammad is being held in Dagestan

A hair of the Prophet Muhammad and other sacred relics are on display in the Juma Mosque in the city of Kizilyurt. The exhibition is open to everyone and will last until September 20 inclusive.

The Juma Mosque houses the largest collection of relics of the Prophet Muhammad - everyday objects and personal belongings - as well as his companions and family members.

The hair of the Prophet Muhammad was delivered by helicopter. Other exhibits were brought in a motorcade of 50 cars traveling from Makhachkala to Kizilyurt. The guests were met by many people, the road between the columns was covered with carpets, along which the cars with the exhibits drove.
