In Dagestan again began to hand out summonses for military enlistment offices

In 35 regions of the Russian Federation began to actively distribute summons for arrival at military commissariats. Among them is Dagestan. This was stated in the human rights group «Agora».

The most issues are summonses for military assemblies, which can be held only after the presidential decree. Such decree was not, at least, not published», - noted in «Agora».

In September 2022 mass protests against «partial mobilization» took place in the north and north-west of Dagestan. Dozens of people were detained. Some of them received probation and actual prison terms.
