The regional payment in Dagestan for those wishing to fight against Ukraine has increased from 100 to 500 thousand rubles.

The head of the republic, Sergei Melikov, said that the salary of a contract soldier is from 204 thousand rubles per month. In addition, benefits are provided. Military personnel, in particular, have the right to a plot of land in their municipality.

Recently, Karachay-Cherkessia set a record payment for signing a military contract - 1.3 million rubles. Before this, the amount was 13 times lower - 100 thousand. In addition, the authorities of Kabardino-Balkaria more than doubled the amount of one-time payment to those who signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense - up to 805 thousand rubles.
