Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.
A rally with the slogan “Enough of Putin” was held in Georgia

The day before, more than a thousand people held a rally and march in Tbilisi under the slogan “Enough of Putin, lies, war, repression.” People also carried posters with the inscriptions “Freedom for political prisoners”, “Down with the Tsar” and others.
According to the Free Russia Foundation in Georgia, participants marched to Freedom Square, shouting slogans and holding placards. Then they laid flowers at the spontaneous memorial of Alexei Navalny.
“These actions are very important. It is in such moments that we feel that we are united, that we are not silent, and our loud voices today are against the criminal regime in the Russian Federation,” noted the Free Russia Foundation in Georgia.
