In Ingushetia, a man is accused of preparing an act of sabotage

The trial of Akhmed Sakalov, accused of preparing an act of sabotage at a fuel and energy complex (FEC) facility and illegally possessing explosive devices, has begun in Ingushetia. This was reported by the press service of the Ingush judicial system.

Investigators claim that 28-year-old Sakalov planned to carry out an explosion in the republic. He is charged with preparing an act of sabotage aimed at undermining the economic security and defense capability of the Russian Federation, as well as illegally possessing and transporting explosive devices as part of an organized group. He faces up to 20 years in prison.
