In Ingushetia, a defendant who transferred money to SVO had his sentence reduced by a month
The Supreme Court of Ingushetia has reduced the sentence of Nazran resident Ramzan Aushev. His prison term was reduced from 6 years and 3 months to 6 years and 2 months. The basis for this decision was the defendant's transfer of 20 thousand rubles to the Donbass charity fund in support of SVO. At the same time, he was also left with a fine of 20 thousand rubles as punishment.
 
In February 2024, 26-year-old Ramzan Aushev was found with a homemade grenade, explosives and cartridges. He was convicted of illegal possession of ammunition. The man admitted his guilt and repented.
 
The Nazran District Court sentenced Aushev to 6 years and 3 months in prison. The Supreme Court reduced the term by a month.
