In Ingushetia security forces are looking for four young men suspected of planning terrorist attacks

Four residents of Ingushetia are wanted on suspicion of planning terrorist attacks. The press service of the regional department of the FSB reports. The fugitives are Mikail Moshoev, Ramazan Eldiev, Amir Boko and Amirhan Guragev. They are facing charges for a recent attack on a DPS post.

Today, a number of media reported that Ramazan Eldiyev was found dead on a street in Karabulak.  He died of a gunshot wound at night.

The DPS post at the intersection of the Nazran-Kantyshevo and Malgobek-Mayskoye roads was attacked on 27 March. Two policemen were injured. The investigation department initiated criminal proceedings under article 317 of the Criminal Code (assault on the life of a law enforcement officer).

The Georgian Parliament has expeditiously passed a bill in its third and final reading requiring organizers of protests in "places where people gather or where vehicles are moving" (including on sidewalks) to notify the police. The responsible person must contact the Patrol Service Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (located at the location of the demonstration) in writing no later than five days before the rally.
