Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.
In Ingushetia, six people died as a result of a shootout with security forces

The active phase of the counter-terrorist operation (CTO) in the Ingush Karabulak has been suspended, the shooting has stopped, telegram channels report. Six people, referred to as “militants,” were killed during the clashes.
The Baza Telegram channel notes that three Interior Ministry employees were injured and one passerby was killed.
The CTO regime in the Karabulak area was introduced on the evening of March 2. Unknown people locked themselves in an apartment on the fourth floor of a building on Oskanova Street and engaged in an active exchange of fire with security forces. The shooting subsided only on Sunday morning.
According to eyewitnesses, grenade launchers and automatic weapons were used during the shootout.
