Two men detained in Ingushetia on charges of involvement in the activities of the "Islamic State"
FSB officers detained two people in Ingushetia. They are accused of involvement in the activities of ISIS (a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation). This was reported by the Izvestia newspaper. The detainees are 25-year-old Azamat and 29-year-old Zurab D. Their names are not disclosed.
 
According to media reports, the men fell under the influence of radicals while undergoing religious training abroad. Upon returning to Russia, they swore allegiance to ISIS. In the future, their foreign curators planned to use them to organize terrorist attacks - explosions and attacks on believers of other faiths.

The Georgian Parliament has expeditiously passed a bill in its third and final reading requiring organizers of protests in "places where people gather or where vehicles are moving" (including on sidewalks) to notify the police. The responsible person must contact the Patrol Service Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (located at the location of the demonstration) in writing no later than five days before the rally.
