Additional days off declared in Karachay-Cherkessia, Chechnya and Kabardino-Balkaria in connection with the celebration of Eid al-Fitr

This year, the Muslim holiday of breaking the fast, Eid al-Fitr (Eid al-Fitr), falls on March 30. It marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, during which believers fasted. Followers of Islam celebrate the holiday for three days.

In Karachay-Cherkessia, March 31 was declared a day off in honor of Eid al-Fitr. The last day of the month will also be a day off in Kabardino-Balkaria. In Chechnya, March 31 and April 1 have been declared days off.
