Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. In Karachay-Cherkessia, a woman poured a dye into a ballot box at one of the polling stations during voting in the presidential election. A criminal case has been opened, the Investigative Committee reports.
Previously, paint was poured into trash cans in Moscow, Rostov region and Borisoglebsk, Voronezh region. In addition, in the capital, a woman set fire to a voting booth.
According to the “Map of Election Violations” of the “Voice” movement, abuse of administrative resources and calls to vote for one of the candidates were recorded in Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia, Stavropol Territory and Chechnya.
