In the KKR, the company of the life-convicted Arashukovs may be declared bankrupt

The Federal Tax Service of Ukraine demands that Adiyukh-Palace LLC be declared bankrupt. This company managed the hotel complex of the same name, owned by Rauf and Raul Arashukov. The debt of the LLC amounts to 15.2 million rubles.

Earlier, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, property in the amount exceeding 1.5 billion rubles was confiscated from former senator Rauf Arashukov, his father Raul Arashukov, and members of their family.

Recently, Rauf Arashukov demanded to be transferred to a colony in Mordovia. Now he is being held in the "Black Dolphin" correctional institution in the Orenburg region, where, according to him, he is subjected to torture and provocations. In Mordovia there are two colonies for life convicts. Arashukov's father is serving his sentence in one of them.

In December 2022, Raul Arashukov, the ex-adviser to the general director of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC, and his son, Rauf Arashukov, a former senator from the KKR, were sentenced to life imprisonment. They were found guilty in the criminal case of creating a criminal community, murders and thefts. The investigation found that Rauf Arashukov, on the order of his father, organized the murders of Aslan Zhukov, deputy leader of the youth movement "Adege-Hesse" and adviser to the head of the KKR, Fral Shebzukhov. In addition, the father and son are involved in the embezzlement of gas worth 4.4 billion rubles.
