In Moscow, a tenant of a warehouse in Makhachkala was arrested, because of the explosion of which 35 people died

The Basmanny Court arrested the tenant of the exploded warehouse in Makhachkala, Eldar Nasrulayev, until October 14. He is accused of storing products that do not meet safety requirements and resulted in the death of two or more persons (Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The man kept saltpeter, the explosion of which near the gas station led to tragic consequences. According to investigators, the fire started at the service station, and then the fire spread to the neighboring room with saltpeter - and then an explosion occurred.

Eldar Nasrulayev kept a fertilizer store, he rented premises from another businessman, Ruslan Saidakhmetov. The entire territory where the service station and warehouses were located belongs to the latter. The owner of the gas station turned out to be Ibragim Shamkhalov, who was on special account of the Ministry of Internal Affairs because of the illegal sale of liquefied gas.
