Dagestani auto blogger with a million followers detained in Moscow
Dagestani auto blogger Akhmed Vengalbi (WENGALLBI), whose Instagram profile has 7 million followers, was stopped by police officers on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow. He did not have a driver's license and refused a medical examination, Makhachkalinskiye Izvestia reports.
 
The blogger tried to bribe a traffic police inspector in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. He placed the money between the driver's seat and the armrest of the official car, but the inspector refused.
 
A criminal case has been opened against Vengalbi under the article "Attempted bribe of an official." He faces up to 8 years in prison.
