As a result of shelling of a hospital in Volnyansk, a newborn was killed.
After a Russian missile attack, almost the entire left bank of Kyiv was left without electricity and water supply. The movement of the circular train has been stopped. Electricity is completely cut off in Lviv. The metro in Kharkov has been stopped. In Kyiv, a residential building was damaged, one person was killed, another was injured.
