"If Abkhazia is a supposedly "puppet" that is completely dependent on the Russian Federation, then the question arises, why do we need such puppets? If it cannot be controlled in any way. "In Abkhazia, they decided not to spit at Russia anymore, but to immediately start throwing shit at it," - wrote orientalist Nikolay Sevostyanov.
 
Recently, the Russian authorities effectively stopped funding Abkhazia. In particular, from the first days of September, the payment of salaries to doctors, teachers, security forces, as well as pensions and other social benefits, has been suspended.
