A Su-34 military plane crashed in North Ossetia

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, a Su-34 supersonic fighter-bomber crashed in the mountains of North Ossetia. The crew, consisting of two pilots, died.

The crash occurred during a scheduled training flight in the Alagirsky region of North Ossetia near the village of Gorny Dzuarikau. According to preliminary information, the cause of the disaster was a technical malfunction.

The head of North Ossetia, Sergei Menyailo, expressed his condolences to the families and friends of the Su-34 pilots. All necessary services arrived at the site.
