The number of unauthorized landfills increased in CFR

The number of unauthorized landfills in 2022 increased significantly in the Stavropol Territory - from 94 to 205. In Dagestan, the rate increased from 98 to 112, in North Ossetia from 63 to 86, in Karachay-Cherkessia from 46 to 67, in Kabardino-Balkaria from 4 to 19. This is reported by the Russian Federal Nature Inspectorate.

Compared to 2021, the number of unauthorized landfills did not change in Ingushetia (7) and decreased in Chechnya (from 11 to 10) in 2022.

As noted by Rossvetonadzor, the main problem is that the number of landfills is growing faster than they have time to clean.
