46 houses with an area of more than 380 thousand sq. meters are listed as problematic in the North Caucasus. The long-term construction situation has become protracted in Stavropol Krai, Ingushetia, North Ossetia and Dagestan, as noted by the Russian presidential envoy in Yuri Chayka District. 

The official said that the situation testifies to the failure of the developers to comply with the law «On participation in equity construction» and the lack of timely control by the authorized bodies.

Chaika proposed to the regions and monitoring and supervisory bodies to take a set of measures to prevent the construction of apartment buildings with violations of the law. According to him, the number of violations of rights of shareholders in the North Caucasus last year decreased by 28% (18 objects)
