There is a shortage of staff in the courts of the North Caucasus Federal District
In the courts of general jurisdiction of the North Caucasus Federal District, Krasnodar Krai and Rostov Oblast, the staff shortage has grown to 509 vacancies. This is a third more than in 2023.

There is also a shortage of staff in the arbitration courts of the South and North Caucasus. At the beginning of this year, 81 specialists were needed, while for the whole of 2023, only 55 vacancies were opened.

The Director General of the Judicial Department, Vladislav Ivanov, noted that the country's judicial system lacks every fifth employee. This is due to low salaries, high responsibility and burnout of judges. Currently, almost 6.5 thousand vacancies are not filled throughout the country.
