Authorities in Dagestan have banned the online publication of photographs and information about certain objects and events, citing security concerns. The ban includes images of bridges, air defense systems, the aftermath of drone attacks, as well as information about the type, launch location, crash site, and flight path of drones. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic, Sergey Melikov.

At about 8 o'clock, near the village of Starye Atagi, the Russian military stationed on the territory of the local mill (the 48th brigade) blew up on the side of the road. Not far from this place is a bus stop where a woman and a teenage boy died the day before. There were people standing there this time, fortunately none of them were hurt.
The Russian military used the explosion to stop cars and charge drivers tolls on the road.

In the city of Grozny, at the oil refinery named after V.I. A. Sheripov, the Russian military, who arrived in an armored personnel carrier, detained two people who were collecting metal. Nothing is known about their names or about the further fate of Memorial HRC.

As a result of targeted "cleansing" in the village of Sernovodsk, several people were detained. Among the detainees was Khamzat Azizovich Khaduev, born in 1951. In 1994–1996 he took an active part in the hostilities against the Russian army, while during the second war he remained at home all the time.
Khamzat Khaduev died of illness in 2005. According to relatives, from the beginning of the war until his death, he was detained and released several times.

On the bypass road between the village of Sernovodsk and the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya, the Russian military stopped transport in two APCs. People were forced to get out of their cars, lie down on the ground and examine the contents of their pockets. The soldiers took money and valuables.
