In the village of Gekhi, the military carried out an unauthorized search in the house of Musa Khamzaev. No prohibited items were found. And yet, law enforcement officers detained Musa’s son, Isa Khamzaev, born in 1983. The detainee was taken away in a UAZ-452 (“tabletka”) car with a red cross and the inscription “Medical Service”.

Timur Ismailov died in the village of Avtury. At the end of November, he and his uncle were detained by military personnel during a “cleansing operation.” The men were brutally beaten and subjected to severe torture: they were kept barefoot in the snow all night, and at the end of the abuse they were forced to drink diesel fuel.
