A preliminary report on the crash of a Turkish C-130 military transport plane, which occurred on November 11, 2025, in eastern Georgia, is expected to be published on April 9. The plane, en route from Azerbaijan to Turkey, crashed, killing all 20 military personnel on board.

The official investigation is ongoing, despite the lack of clear evidence. As emphasized in the upcoming report, the forensic examination found no traces of explosives, shrapnel, ammunition, or chemicals on the aircraft wreckage. Engine malfunction had previously been considered as the probable cause of the crash.
