The resident of Dagestan was convicted for criticizing a soldier who surprised his family after «killing Ukrainians»

Laksky District Court of Dagestan fined 30 thousand rubles of local resident Ramazan Saltuev. His comment on social networks was submitted to the court by the officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the police, Saltuev criticized the Russian soldier who returned from Ukraine and surprised his daughter. A resident of Dagestan called it a «circus» and accused the soldier of killing Ukrainians. 

Chechnya will also consider another administrative case under the article about discrediting the Russian army. The Akhmatovsky District Court of Grozny received materials regarding Khizir Idigov.
