A resident of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic is being persecuted for saying that Putin and his entourage will face punishment

Law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) against 29-year-old Taulan Kipkeev from Karachay-Cherkessia. The reason was the video material he published on social networks in November 2023. In the video, a guy walks along Red Square in Moscow and reports that the instigators of the war are sitting in the Kremlin.

“Right behind this wall, under this flag, sit the very same murderers who are causing the war in Ukraine now. All these people are walking, relaxing, but some were left homeless, homeless, some were killed, some had their children and parents killed. And this is all the fault of the people who sit there, right behind this wall. And they are waiting for trial. Because they will all be punished. Vladimir Putin and everyone who supports him,” Kipkeev said.
