On August 23, Patyaeva stood by the monument to journalists who died for freedom of speech, holding a sign that read: "I demand an investigation into the murder of Seda Suleymanova." Tyumen resident detained for poster criticizing Kadyrov
The police detained a man in Tyumen who was carrying a poster with the inscription “Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov – thief, murderer, shame of Russia.” According to eyewitnesses, he was walking towards Central Square.
