Tyumen resident detained for poster criticizing Kadyrov
The police detained a man in Tyumen who was carrying a poster with the inscription “Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov – thief, murderer, shame of Russia.” According to eyewitnesses, he was walking towards Central Square.
The man was stopped by police and taken to the police station. Now the motives for the action are being clarified.
