Turkey has abolished the "foreigner" status for citizens of Turkic states, signing a decree simplifying their employment. Now, residents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will be able to work and do business in Turkey without citizenship or special permits (except for military and security service).
Residents of Dagestan said they live as if in the 18th century

Residents of the village of Aknada in Dagestan recorded an appeal to the head of the region Melikov and President Putin. According to them, they live as if in the 18th century: periodically there is no gas, water or electricity.
“So many men are suffering in the war, how many mothers of dead sons! We live as if in the 18th century, we carry water in buckets, children get pneumonia,” the women complained.
They asked to take action and promised that they would also reach Putin.
“How much longer can we suffer? We swallow it all in silence. You can throw out the tomatoes, but where can you throw the people? Do what you can,” the residents of the region said.
