The Kyiv District Court of Simferopol remanded four Crimean Tatar women: Esma Nimetulayeva, Elviza Aliyeva, Nasiba Saidova, and Fevziye Osmanova, in pretrial detention for two months. The hearing was held behind closed doors, with limited access for support.

The Khimki City Court of the Moscow Region changed the measure of restraint for the lawyer, a native of Chechnya Timur Idalov, from a ban on certain actions to placement in a pre-trial detention center and put him on the wanted list. At the same time, the man was not hiding - he was unable to attend the court hearing due to hospitalization.
On July 11, Idalov was forced to fly to Chechnya due to the deterioration of his mother’s health. He suddenly became ill and was urgently hospitalized in one of the hospitals. His lawyer notified the prosecutor's office and the Khimki City Court, which is considering his case, about this.
Nevertheless, a court hearing was scheduled for July 15, to which Timur Idalov was unable to appear. As a result, it was decided to imprison him in a pre-trial detention center and put him on the wanted list, despite the fact that it is known where he is and is undergoing treatment.
