Alaudinov confirmed the participation of North Korean troops in the "SVO" on the side of the Russian Federation
The commander of the "Akhmat" unit, Apti Alaudinov, actually confirmed the presence of North Korean troops in the Kursk region.

"Koreans are our brothers. Everyone who is in our army, even if he claims to be an atheist, but is ready to confront the army of the Antichrist and fight for universal and family values, is our brother. Regardless of his nationality, religion or state of mind, we all stand together," Alaudinov wrote on his Telegram channel.

He published his post to refute a fake video in which he said that the "Akhmat" fighters would not interact with the Koreans, since they are "atheists" and "do not have God in their hearts." Alaudinov wrote that the video was created using artificial intelligence.

The military leader also noted that the US permission to fire long-range missiles deep into Russia is a stage of a hybrid war that will not change anything on the front lines for Russia.

The Russian authorities have not previously confirmed the presence of soldiers from the DPRK in the Russian army.

Queues at Verkhny Lars border crossing emerge amid rumours of a new mobilisation in Russia

Queues remain at the Russian-Georgian border following temporary restrictions on traffic through the Verkhny Lars crossing.
