The British Embassy in Georgia responded to Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze's statement that London should apologize for a "fake" spread by the BBC. Aliyev: Baku is making every effort to speedily implement the "Trump Route"
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the importance of the "Trump Route" (TRIPP)—a transit corridor between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan via Armenia—for the region's development and its integration into the global economy. Speaking at the Caspian Business Forum in New York, he stated that Azerbaijan has mobilized every effort to ensure the route's speedy implementation.
According to Aliyev, TRIPP will become a key link in the Middle Corridor, expanding opportunities for transit traffic, energy trade, including renewable energy, and the installation of fiber optic cables, transforming the region into an international hub for trade and digital communications.
