Ali Karimli, leader of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan, announced he was banned from participating in the Democracy Forum in Prague. He claimed the ban came from President Ilham Aliyev.

The Armenian public made an appeal to international organizations, protesting against the conditions for the return of residents to Nagorno-Karabakh proposed by Azerbaijan. The appeal was sent to the UN, OSCE, PACE, NATO, CSTO, CIS, the President of the European Council and the Chairman of the European Parliament.
The activists' main demands include the complete withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces and administration from Karabakh and the creation of a demilitarized zone around it with the participation of peacekeeping forces, the transfer of the Lachin corridor to UN control, and guarantees of protection for returning refugees. In addition, all Armenians arrested and convicted allegedly for war crimes must be released. Only an international tribunal can judge them - on an equal basis with citizens of Azerbaijan and mercenaries.
The appeal received 173 signatures, including the Commissioner for Human Rights, city mayors, and community leaders. In addition, the document was signed by all political parties of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the opposition Armenian “Mighty Fatherland” and “United Armenia”.
