A meeting of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee was held in Moscow, dedicated to countering the spread of terrorist ideology, neo-Nazism, and religious extremism in the North Caucasus Federal District.

The Armenian opposition movement "National Democratic Pole" called on the United States, France and other countries to send international peacekeepers to Nagorno-Karabakh. "Recent events in Russia have shown that security in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is fragile, and Russian peacekeepers not only do not fulfill their obligations, but at any moment, based on the unstable situation in their country, they can leave the region," the statement says. in a letter to the organization.
According to the Armenian opposition, the presence of international peacekeepers is necessary to preserve the security and rights of the residents of Karabakh. The protesters also called on the residents of Karabakh to apply to the above-mentioned states with the same request.
