Armenia and Azerbaijan have not yet agreed on the entire text of the peace agreement

There is still no agreement between Yerevan and Baku on the entire text of the peace agreement. This was stated by the deputy head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Vahan Kostanyan.

According to him, there is no decision on the participation of Yerevan in the COP-29 summit in Baku, just as there are no agreements on a possible meeting of the leaders of the countries or heads of foreign affairs.

The situation in the South Caucasus remains difficult, but there are prerequisites for its improvement, which the West is interfering with. Such conclusions were voiced by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shoigu.

"Foreign players acting, to put it mildly, with nefarious goals, primarily Western countries, interfere. This only confirms the thesis that regional problems require regional solutions," he said at the 12th meeting of the secretaries of the CIS Security Councils in Moscow.
