Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan accused his predecessors—former presidents Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Robert Kocharyan, and Serzh Sargsyan—of concealing the truth about the Karabakh settlement from the Armenian people. At a briefing in Yerevan, the head of the Armenian government noted that all these politicians in opposition to the current government recognized Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan but did not disclose this information to the public.
Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan will not take part in the meeting of the Council of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly in Moscow on December 19. The delegation of the Armenian Parliament will also not attend the event.
Let us remind you that on November 30, the representative of Armenia did not take part in the working meeting of participants of the CSTO member countries in Skopje (North Macedonia). In addition, on November 23, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was not at the CSTO meeting in Minsk. Foreign Minister Mirzoyan and Defense Minister Papikyan also refused to participate in the event.
On November 25, Pashinyan accused Russian TV channels of destabilizing the situation in Armenia. It is also noteworthy that Yerevan is actively developing relations with the West, which causes a negative reaction from the Russian Federation.
