Azerbaijan called Pashinyan’s statements undermining peace process

Attempts by Armenian Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan to interfere in Baku’s dialogue with the Armenian residents and disregard of Azerbaijani sovereignty over the Karabakh region are unacceptable. This was stated by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Aikhan Hajizade.
In his comment, he stressed that Pashinyan’s anti-Azerbaijan campaign undermines the peace talks and does not bode well for Armenia.
The Prime Minister of Armenia should understand that the rights of Armenians living in the Karabakh region can never prevail over the rights of the Azerbaijani population. Azerbaijan will apply equal approach to different ethnic peoples living on its territory», - said Hajizade.
