The Kyiv District Court of Simferopol remanded four Crimean Tatar women: Esma Nimetulayeva, Elviza Aliyeva, Nasiba Saidova, and Fevziye Osmanova, in pretrial detention for two months. The hearing was held behind closed doors, with limited access for support.

In the pre-trial detention center, they continue to exert psychological pressure on the arrested chairman of the Azerbaijan Democracy and Welfare Party, scientist-economist Gubad Ibadoglu. This was reported by his brother Galib Togrul.
In Ibadoglu's cell, the light is not turned off at night for 33 days. He is deprived of normal sleep, which exacerbates his diseases - type 2 diabetes and hypertension.
On July 24, the Narimanov District Court of Baku arrested Gubad Ibadoglu for four months on charges of making counterfeit money. He denies the accusations as absurd.
Before his arrest, the politician criticized the Azerbaijani authorities and initiated the confiscation of property from officials. Many international organizations and officials called on Baku to immediately release the prisoner.
