The decision to lift the arrest was made following a meeting between the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan in Dushanbe.
Chechnya attacked by drones again: the target is the OMON base

Grozny was attacked by Ukrainian drones for the second time in a week. This was reported by the Telegram channels Astra, Baza, and “Caution, News”.
Residents of the capital of Chechnya heard the sounds of gunfire and explosions. There is information that the target of the attack was the OMON base and a military unit.
According to the Ministry of Defense, last night the air defense forces shot down 13 drones over the Black Sea.
Recall that on December 12 in Grozny a drone attacked the barracks buildings of a special police regiment. Four guards were slightly injured.
On December 4, a drone fell on the base of the second regiment, located on Staropromyslovskoye Highway in Grozny. The first UAV attack on Chechnya took place on October 29 - as a result, the roof of one of the buildings of the special forces university in Gudermes caught fire.
