Georgia has provided assistance to more than 26 thousand citizens of Ukraine

In 2022, Georgia provided assistance to Ukraine in the amount of about $14.5 million. This is stated in the government's report submitted to Parliament.

Since the beginning of the war, the country has supported more than 500 declarations and decisions on Ukraine, in particular the "Buchin Declaration". In addition, over 26 thousand Ukrainians received support in Georgia through various social and educational programs.

Earlier, Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili said that Ukraine had united the entire free world in the fight against Russian aggression.
