Following Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko warned Armenia about the risks of rapprochement with the European Union, accused the country's leadership of "political gamesmanship" before the elections, and hinted at the influence of European politicians on the situation in the republic.
According to the Ministry of Construction and DOM.RF, Ingushetia leads all Russian regions in terms of per capita housing provision. At the end of 2024, this figure in the republic was 15.9 square meters, significantly lower than the Russian average (29.4 square meters).
Regions with low figures include Tuva, the Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs, and Moscow.
Despite Ingushetia being the region with the lowest per capita housing provision, experts urge caution in interpreting these figures. Kirill Yankov, head of the Regional Economic Forecasting Laboratory at the Institute of Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences, emphasizes that the statistics may not take into account regional specificities, particularly the presence of unregistered housing, which, according to him, is widespread in Ingushetia and Tuva.
