A native of Dagestan who was tortured by police officers in the Moscow region was visited by investigators and activists
Members of the Public Monitoring Commission of the Moscow Region visited a native of Dagestan, Magomed Magomedov, who was injured in the Razvilkovsky police department of the Leninsky urban district. On January 20, he was taken to the department and tortured.
 
After Magomedov's complaint, he was also visited by employees of the Investigative Committee, the prosecutor's office and the internal security department, the chairman of the Dagestan POC, Shamil Khadulaev, reported on his Telegram channel. Investigative actions are underway based on the victim's statement.
 
26-year-old Magomed Magomedov was detained on suspicion of converting a traumatic pistol into a combat one. According to the guy, on January 20, he was taken from his home and taken to the police. Magomedov, through his lawyer, reported that he was tortured - beaten, shocked, and raped with a mop. He stated that three employees took part in these actions and that he could identify all of them by sight.
