Also among the leaders were the Novgorod Region - minus 5.1% (up to 104,425 rubles per square meter), Omsk Region - 2.1% (up to 157,280 rubles per square meter), Kostroma Region - 1.7% (up to 100,774 rubles per square meter), Moscow - 1.5% (up to 349,763 rubles per square meter).
At the same time, North Ossetia and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic took 6th and 7th places in the rating for the growth in the cost of a square meter in new buildings. In both republics, the price increased by 2.4% (to 113,246 rubles and 97,791 rubles, respectively).
