The parents of activist Mansur Movlaev, previously kidnapped in Chechnya, have been released and returned home. This was reported by human rights activist Maxim Rudnev.
"I am just a foot soldier," Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov told the Russian president during his visit to the Special Forces University in Grozny. Putin, in turn, noted that "we are all foot soldiers, we are all in the same position in this sense."
Putin also spoke with volunteers who have completed training at the Russian Special Forces University and are going to serve in the "SVO" zone.
In addition, the president visited the grave of Akhmat Kadyrov and looked at a model of the Putin district in Grozny.
"This is a grandiose investment project that will become an adornment of the capital of the Chechen Republic," Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel.
Putin became an honorary citizen of Chechnya. The certificate was presented to him by Ramzan Kadyrov and the Mufti of Chechnya, Salah Mezhiyev, during a visit to the new mosque of the Prophet Isa in Grozny. The president also prepared a gift - a hand-made Koran in a precious binding.
