Kadyrov orders to send all offenders to "SVO"
Chechen youth who lead an "idle, immoral lifestyle" should be sent to the "SVO" zone instead of being brought to administrative responsibility. This was stated by the head of the region, Ramzan Kadyrov, during a meeting with the security bloc on public safety issues.

"There is also such a category, albeit a tiny one, that believes that no laws are written for them. The youth belonging to this minority lead an idle, immoral lifestyle... From now on, the conversation with them will be short. If you do not respect the law, either go to jail for the maximum term, or sign a contract and go to the "SVO" zone. There you can show the enemy your bravery, audacity and recklessness," Kadyrov said.

According to him, the decision to send offenders to the Russian Armed Forces would be appropriate given that a new regiment of 2,500 people is being formed.

Recently, the amount of the one-time regional payment received by residents of Chechnya going on a "special operation" increased from 100 to 400 thousand rubles. Before that, Chechnya and North Ossetia had some of the lowest amounts of payments in the Russian Federation for contract soldiers ready to fight with Ukraine.
