Akhmat commander confirms capture of five unit fighters

During the fighting in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, five fighters of the Akhmat-Chechnya unit were captured by Ukrainian troops. This was reported on his Telegram channel by the deputy head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces, commander of the Akhmat special forces Apti Alaudinov. He noted that he knows the names and surnames of those who surrendered to the enemy.

“A Chechen who was captured is no longer a Kadyrovite. For a Chechen, there is nothing more shameful than being captured,” Alaudinov said.

Earlier, he stated that “not a single fighter of the unit surrendered.” Before that, Ukrainian publics posted a video of captured Chechens from Akhmat online.
