Life in their heads is worth nothing... I wish you all to die... Those who have rotted away in this lousy system.” Torchinova, in turn, posted a voice message on a Telegram channel: “You forgot one thing: the traffic police are the main participants in all this, they make money from it... Listen, you assholes, what are you doing there, what are you doing there? What are you getting paid for? I really am discriminating against you, you shameless ones! What are you doing there? ".

Earlier, Timur Totikov was fined in Mozdok, North Ossetia. He was found guilty of extremism because of a comment under the news about a fight between former Wagner PMC mercenaries and traffic police officers.
